Refund policy
Refunds are made at the discretion of the management.
EU regulation
EU regulation states that customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 7 days with the exception of services that start before this cooling off period. For any license that is sold or issued by Barnsten Business Solutions BV or any of it's resellers the service begins as soon as the license is made available in the form of a license code, serial, license file, hardware token or any
other means that allow use of the product other than free evaluations or trials.
