C++Builder XE2 Starter

C++Builder XE Starter Edition is a great way to get started building high-performance C++ applications for Windows. C++Builder Starter includes a streamlined IDE, code editor, compiler, and integrated debugger. It also offers two-way visual designers to speed development, hundreds of visual components, InterBase Express for connectivity with the InterBase database, and a limited commercial deployment license.
